Holocaust Poem

Into the heart
Between seas and fields
A man blessed by heaven
With a story
Sometimes you're unable to distinguish
Many years of pain
Even though you carry a number of scars
May they protect you
Despite
The men with
Guns

Marc,
This poem is so powerful and layered with stunning word choices. The more I read it, the more meaningful it becomes. It is truly outstanding.

Can you share with us how and why you created this?
