The 3rd Floor Window

The Beginning 1

“It all began when someone left the window open;” He didn’t know what would happen. This story occurred in a small city in Italy called Sicily. The year was 1976. It was a rather cold day; a man named Mr. Edwin Seng was sitting in his apartment on the third floor in his bedroom with his girlfriend, Ms. Emily Karnun. They were watching a soccer game that Italy was playing in. It was a good game so far but everyone knew who was going to win. Emily was a beautiful and intelligent lady, and Edwin was a nice handsome boyfriend, but her luck in life was about to change.

The Knife 2

Unexpectedly, a knife came flying swiftly through the open window and went right through the core of Emily’s head, blood was gushing out. At that Edwin ran, he realized that he was a hunted man wherever he went. Until he found the killer, he had a target on his head. Before Edwin left his apartment he took the knife with him. He knew that he only had one hope, but he didn't know were to find him. Edwin knew if he couldn't find the famous vigilante who was only known by his nickname that he would be laying next to his dear departed Emily. He needed to find The Silent Scope.

Jack Christopher Mohogony 3

Edwin decided to go to the only person he knew who might know The Silent Scope, Jack Christopher Mohogony. Edwin went to Jack. Jack said he knew Silent Scope’s real name and how to contact him, but Jack wouldn't declare how to contact him or his real name. Edwin left Jack’s place. He knew were to go next.

Raff Hungman 4

Edwin went to visit his friend Raff Hungman just to talk about there old life, and what happened to Emily. When Edwin was thinking of what to say to Raff, he realized he hadn’t cried for Emily yet. Then he realized that it was probably because in his old life most of his family except his brother Mark Jackson was killed, so he learned how to keep his crying in his heart. So there he was at Raff’s apartment. When he got inside he opened a window. Raff and Edwin talked about everything. Suddenly, a knife came flying through Raff’s window. This time it landed in Raff’s skull instead of going right through his skull. It had a note attached to it. It read “I’m watching you, so observe your back”. Right then Edwin realized in both scenarios he opened a window and in both scenarios a knife killed someone he loved. Edwin ran. That’s all he could think of doing-running. Edwin realized that it was pointless to run, so he went home.

The Email 5

At Edwin’s house he received an email from Jack that read, “I have information to tell you about Silent Scope. Come over to my place and I’ll tell you everything, but remember when you’re coming here make sure your not being followed.” Edwin drove over to Jack’s apartment. When Edwin was about to hear a secret about Silent Scope from Jack, the window broke and the pieces of the window came shooting at Jack. That was the end of Jack. Edwin would have to figure out the mystery of Silent Scope and the killer of 1.Emily 2.Raff and newly added to the list 3.Jack. Edwin knew it was too much of a mission for him, but he knew who to go to next.

Mark Jackson 6

Edwin went to his brother Mark Jackson. When Edwin arrived at Mark’s apartment, Mark was scared to let him in. Mark said, “How could you do this to me? You let our whole family die, then you didn’t talk to me for 20 years just because you got mixed up in the Mafia and informed the cops that your STUPID BOSS MR. PACHINO IS A SINNER! NOW YOU COME TO ME-I HATE YOU!!!” Then I said, “I’m sorry I messed up your life, because I got into the Mafia, but that was my old life, now, in my new clean life I need your help. More people are dying because of me, please help me.” Mark spoke, “NOW YOU COME TO ME ASKING FOR HEL” I interrupted and said, “Do you know how to find The Silent Scope?” Mark ended the conversation like this, “NO, TO EVERYTHING” and slammed the door in my face. Mark was steaming. I was about to go, but I heard UUUUU!!! Mark flew out of his third floor apartment window with no arms or legs and written on the side of the apartment building in Marks blood it read, “I know where you live and if you keep going to people I’ll kill them more painfully than any of the deaths so far. So run and hide because wherever you go I’ll be there.”

Nowhere 7

Edwin didn’t know where to go, without getting someone else killed. Edwin wanted to go to the cops, but Edwin was only clean in New York. When Edwin told the cops back in N.Y. about his mafia boss, Mr. Pachino, they put him in the witness protection program. The problem was the program only qualified in the U.S. but here in Sicily, Italy, Edwin was still known as Mr. Bert Jackson, a hit man, who killed over 50 people. In other words Edwin was nowhere. If Edwin wanted to survive he had to go back to his old ways, and murder the killer of his brother, girlfriend and friends. It was time to get his Golden Sniper Rifle out from under his bed, but was it safe to go back to his apartment?

Run 8

Edwin decided to go to his apartment. He went up the stairs to the third floor. When he got in his apartment, he went straight to his bedroom, and got his Golden Sniper from under his bed. Afterwards he heard shooting and a bullet hit his arm. Edwin ran out of the apartment screaming in pain with blood dripping from his arm. Whoever just shot at him pulled the last straw. Edwin was going to take action. Edwin was fuming in anger, and was going to take the next plane to New York.

The Plane 9

Edwin got a ticket on a plane to New York. Edwin was relaxing on the plane watching a movie, when he heard two gun shots, and two people falling to the ground, dead. Edwin couldn’t believe it, the plane was taken by terrorists. The plane was flying smoothly for awhile with Edwin pretending he didn’t know what was happening. Until he could see a glimpse of the Empire State Building. Edwin quickly got up took his Sniper Rifle and a parachute from the escape door and jumped off the plane. Edwin had a long free fall because if he deployed his parachute to early the parachute would get caught in the airplane’s jets. Edwin landed safely and then realized the “terrorists” were actually trying to kill him not the other people on the plane. Edwin decided to go back to Sicily now that he knew he really was being hunted.

Back In Sicily 10

Edwin got back to Sicily easily. Edwin became the predator and the killer became the prey. Still Edwin wanted to find The Silent Scope, because Edwin didn’t want to go back to his old life, but finding The Silent Scope was hopeless. Edwin went everywhere in Sicily where supposedly The Silent Scope lived. Edwin went all over Italy with his Sniper Rifle. Wherever Edwin went the prey hid.

No More Silent Scope 11

Edwin decided he didn’t need The Silent Scope. Edwin wanted to kill the prey himself. After all, the killer murdered his loved ones and shot his arm. The killer probably didn’t kill The Silent Scope’s loved ones or shoot his arm. So it was settled in Edwin’s mind that “The Prey” was his to feast on.

The Prey 12

Edwin found where the prey was hiding. He barged into the hiding place and saw the prey but was surprised who “The Prey” was. It was Mr. Pachino. Mr. Pachino said, “Bert you told the cops about me I had to escape from the electric chair, why? Why did you do it?” Edwin replied “because you killed my WHOLE FAMILY!!! I’M NOT THE PREY ANYMORE!!! SILENT SCOPE!!! AND ANYWAYS WHY DID YOU BECOME A VIGILANTE, I”LL NEVER BECOME CLEAN!!!” And with that, Edwin took out his Golden Sniper Rifle and shot The Silent Scope three times. Blood was gushing out of Mr. Pachino. With Mr. Pachino’s blood, Edwin wrote “THE PREDATOR HAS FEASTED” on the wall

The Myth 13

Some say this story is fake, but next time you’re in Sicily never stay at a apartment on the third floor, because you never know when “The Predator” has a target on you. Who knows “The Predator” might want to feast again….
